My style of yoga is suitable for those of you who are searching for a yoga practice that embodies so much more than just the physical aspect of yoga, asanas (poses). My classes will empower you, mentally, spiritually and emotionally through all stages and struggles in your life.
A typical class might include breathing practices, layering in Mudras (a hand gesture to seal in intention) Mantras ( a repeated sound to help focus for meditation) a number of slow flowing or restorative poses to expand and strengthen the mind and the body, followed by the opportunity for reflection and growth through a guided meditation.
I aim to hold a safe space, where the students feel nurtured and supported. If you’re suffering from an injury or ongoing health issue, I will offer a modified version of the pose, in order to make the class as accessible as possible and if you’re a seasoned yogi you will feel empowered to express yourself to your full potential.
I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, grippy socks or bare feet. You can bring your own mat if you have one, as well as a water bottle and a warm layer for the meditation. You may also bring a towel or blanket if you wish.
All other equipment is provided.

The classes I teach combine a classical mat and contemporary Pilates style. suitable for beginners to Intermediate levels.
Beginner to Intermediate classes suit those looking to improve range of movement, muscle strength, core strength and postural alignment. By applying the six principles of Pilates, students gain greater focus and control in both their body and mind.
Water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, a warm layer for relaxation also a small towel and a mat if you have one, all other equipment will be provided.
