My classes are suitable for anyone interested in yoga and the benefits it has to offer, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practicing yoga regularly for some time.
I incorporate several different styles into my classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Each week I set a positive intention for the class, which acts as a theme for the lesson and helps to focus the practice, helping spread awareness and bring communities together.
Each class includes relaxation and breathing, a number of poses to stretch and strengthen and the opportunity for reflection followed by calming meditation for the mind and body. I include several special touches to enhance the experience.
I aim to make my classes a warm and welcoming environment, where the students feel nurtured, supported and safe. If you’re suffering from an injury or ongoing health issue, I will offer a modified version of the pose, in order to make the class as accessible as possible and if your a seasoned yogi you will feel empowered to express yourself to your full potential.
